Age Requirement 

You must be 18+ year old to get a massage without supervision. If a minor is in need of massage, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian to the appointment.

Inappropriate behavior

Maya is well-known for her high professionalism and she takes pride at what she does. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by the client will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be held liable for the full price of the scheduled service.

Reservations 

Clients are advised to schedule appointments as early as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

Cancelation Policy and Fees 

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. I value your business and ask that you respect Massage by Maya’s scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, 24-hour advance note is required. Any cancelations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to $60 flat fee. When scheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee your reservation. That is why every client is required to sign a credit card authorization form at the time of booking the appointment. Massage by Maya guarantees that forms are to be shredded as soon as the service is being completed. You will not be billed unless there is a less than 24-hour cancelation or a "no-show / no-call". Upon check out clients may choose their method of payment.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show" or "no-call". They will be charged the full amount of the service(s) scheduled for their “missed” appointment(s).

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. (Ex. If you book 60 min massage and you are late more than 30 min, you will be considered a "NO-SHOW" and your appointment will be null and void), regardless of the length of the treatment actually given you will be responsible for the “full” session. With respect and consideration to the massage therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
 

Check-in 

Please arrive 15-20 min prior to your appointment time. I will do my best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted in order not to interrupt the scheduled appointments of other clients. Full price of the scheduled service will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Massage by Maya's prices and services are subject to change without notice. Therefore, I encourage all clients to familiarize themselves with pricing and available services when booking their appointment. 

Gratuity 

Gratuity is not included in the price of service.
